Great bread mix, works great in a bread maker

I like to make my own bread but i never have much luck getting the dough to rise properly. This bread mix includes the yeast so just add water, mix, knead, rest and bake. Rises just fine but i had the best results from the mixed grain pack, i dont know why. Very easy to use, makes a decent loaf of bread.

Easy to use, nice flavour. Shame about the price, I'm now aware that I can buy these in my local supermarket for £1 per 500g bag !!!!!
