Not happy with my order the gems are everywhere not properly done some falling off

Great ornament but poor packaging
This was the second ornament ordered as first was delivered broken. Ornament is lovely but better care needs to be taken with the packaging. I’m no expert but folded up newspaper is not an ideal alternative to bubble wrap or polyestyrene.

Arrived In damaged condition
The box was damaged and inside the box the polystyrene packing was broken up. This item has clearly been returned before. Inside the item was Also damaged In 3 places at least. It's perfect for the person I bought it for so Will order Another and hope This time it's perfect. Depending on How easily I can return This one of course

The media could not be loaded. Not happy that this has been delivered broken & would like another one sent or a refund. 😡
