I have been a regular customer of Bumtum for the past 2.5 years and have always been satisfied with the quality. However, the product I received this month was extremely disappointing. Several diapers in the pack are defective - they appear to have no absorbent material inside and are unable to hold any fluid.This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and it’s quite concerning given my long-term trust in the brand. I also tried reaching out to customer care. A lady answered, spoke briefly in Hindi, and then the call got disconnected. I attempted to call again, but there has been no response since.Now it’s time to look for other bands.
