Pure Sleep
This stuff is the only sleeping aid that I have found that actually works. I highly recommend this product, but check with your doctor first to make sure you can take it.

They work very well.
These work really well. But it’s difficult to get the pills out of the plastic.

Effective
It's difficult to prioritize sleep when your mind won't cooperate. 30 minutes after a zquill ultra I'm ready for a serious sleep. The first time taking it I was a bit groggy in the AM but after subsequent use waking up feels like a renewal after a restful sleep Zquill ultra has been a sanity saver.

Poor packaging
Works well. However difficult to remove from the packet. Often crush tablet. They need to rethink their packaging. Especially if one has arthritis in hands or other limitations.

Great
Safer than others I’ve tried. does help me sleep but don’t take it to early and fight the feeling to sleep you will be up all night. Is a bit difficult to open but I have a child so it’s ok for me. Will buy again

Works...But At What Cost?
Insomnia is a fact of life sometimes. And this stuff can really help. But — there are caveats. Pros: Works. You're gonna sleep. Cons: the pills are the consistency of pressed dust held together with mouse tears. So trying to get them out of the blister pack intact is a futile exercise. You can't just push them out; the foil is the consistency of steel compared to the structural integrity of the pill. They folks at P&G REALLY need to figure this out. I cut the backing with a pocketknife, but still manage to almost always destroy the pill in the process. So you wind up taking crumbled pieces, hoping it's enough. The pills themselves are also the size of a grain of rice, so...good luck. These work almost TOO well. So budget PLENTY of time to sleep. If you wait until it's 2am and you're tossing and turning trying to drop off? It's too late to take one if you have anywhere to be the next day. You're gonna be GROGGY unless you block out like 10 or 12 hours from the time you take one. The dreams. Dear sweet gods, the dreams. I haven't consistently remembered my dreams for years. But man alive, do I remember them when I take this stuff. And the dreams are WEIRD. And not GOOD weird. What I find fascinating about the dreams with these things is: you're not necessarily gonna have BAD dreams...? But you're gonna have UNSETTLING dreams. Dreams of uneasiness. Dreams of liminal spaces, and looping drudgery. Not really FEAR so much as anxiety. It's alarming how consistent this is. Not nightmares, but...still dreams you wake up from feeling really weirded out. Melatonin dreams are walks in the park in comparison. And this effect compounds if you take this multiple nights in a row. Night one, not much. Night two, oh — THERE it is. And from nights three on, it's like David Lynch, Stanley Kubrick and Gaspar Noé all co-directed your evening mind-cinema. Prepare to be all "WTF was THAT?!?" But, like I said: you're gonna sleep. You just might not necessarily enjoy it in retrospect the next day, and for a variety of reasons.

They Work
These worked great, just wish they weren't so pricey.

Tried a variety of sleep aids over a month… comprehensive review
I tried Benadryl Liquid, Benadryl liquid gels, ZZZQuil Liquid Mixed Berry, and ZZZQuil ULTRA. Benadryl and ZZZQuil performed the same way, both containing active ingredient Diphenhydramine HCl. These options provided a gentle drowsiness that got me to bed on time. The main difference being that liquid takes effect faster than capsules, and ZZZQuil Mixed Berry was far more palatable than Benadryls cinnamon-licorice flavored syrup. ZZZQuil ULTRA is different from the other three with one important respect: this contains a different antihistamine by the name of Doxylamine. This really knocked me out. I’m a big guy, and it only took one. I mean, I could not stay awake if I tried after an hour had passed. These guys put me deeply to sleep, but I can’t stress this enough—MAKE SURE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GET A FULL 8 HOURS OF SLEEP after taking this sleep aid. Otherwise it will leave you feeling groggy, almost incoherent the next day. This is a great option if you’re still wired on caffeine after a long night drive, or you need to guarantee you get 9hrs of sleep before a big day. I’ll be keeping some of this around for such an occasion, but I’ll be sticking to the Diphenhydramine HCl options on most nights that I need a little help getting to bed. Still though 5/5 sleep aid if you need a little more power some nights.

Super happy with the sleeping aid pills. You wake up fresh and energized, not drowsy.
