Best Recruiting Book in the Industry!
I'm an a CEO and Founder of r2 Technologies, and IT placement and staffing company based in Dallas, TX. I've attended Barb's Recruiting training sessions in the past, and have heard her speak at a number of conferences and trade shows. Barb does an excellent job of writing a complete "how to" book on recruiting. But more importantly, she conveys her sense of humility to help her candidate's find their next career opportunity. In today's "candidate starved" market, a recruiter has to utilize best practices, and develop a relationship with a candidate to ensure you are helping them find their next role. Recruiters can no longer just fill a spot with a person. Clients and companies expect recruiters to find that one, unique, special candidate that will make a difference on their team. I enjoyed this book so much, I have purchased it for my entire recruiting staff, and we review a chapter/week as a team to see what we can do to improve our recruiting processes. I have already seen improvements in my recruiter's work daily. If you want to stay competitive in today's market, I highly recommend you get this book for your team!

Excellent book for hiring managers and recruiters!
This book is a great way for recruiters to understand the nuances and importance of candidate experience to recruit effectively.It sheds great details on small instances what recruiters generally ignore and cost of hiring increases.It gives small and effective ways to improve your hiring process.Must read book for all recruiters,hiring managers.

What a wonderful lecture
Very useful book! I found it so easy to read and the content really inspired me. I would recommend it to everyone interest in HR, just to know what’s going on behind the scenes!

I'am CEO and founder of a recruiting company "Petroleum Resourcing Limited Hong Kong" We supply workers to the offshore oil and gas service companys around the world. I have instructed all my managers to read this book, as it answers a lot of question about recruting. It is so helpful. It shows Mrs Bruno has been in the business for a wile and knows our industry well. I have heard about her and was thinking of going to one of her talks. Now i'am going to make a effort to do so, now I have read the book. Our industry has been waiting for this book. Thank you Barbra Warus Bruno for writing it. Essential Read for Recruiters in Any Industry
Outstanding book. Filled with actionable ideas that I am benefiting from in an extremely competitive recruiting market.It also provided a sense of validation for me. Working in Talent Acquisition comes with feeling misunderstood or frustrated by the hiring managers expectations in some instances. Not only did it address those realities, but it provided advice in order to better deal with those situations.
