Good vintage looking wires for pendant lights.
I like the look of this cord. The vintage look is just what I was going for in my home. The wire is smaller in diameter than what I pictured. I retrofitted the wire in other lights and it fit beautifully.

Well made. 14g stranded copper. Quality braid.
I was very pleased to see that no corners were cut in making this zip cord. The braided sheathing is good quality and the wire is 14 gauge stranded copper. So it is fine for normal household usage.I rewired an old lamp and had no problems. I was able to use a wire stripper to cut through the sheathing and insulation. But it's a little easier if you can pull back the sheathing first. The braided sheathing frays a bit but cleans up well with a little heat from a butane lighter or a match.I'm planning to make an extension cord out of the leftover. This is a good value and I recommend it.

Excellent quality! Perfect for vintage item re-wiring!
I bought this to rewire several vintage/antique lamps that I’ve acquired over the years. This cord looks great, and fits the aesthetic without breaking the bank. When using this cord to rewire, be sure to keep a very sharp blade and a good set of wire strippers, as the woven exterior can be difficult to cut fully with wire cutters and is prone to unraveling. I suggest scoring (pre-cutting) the outer layer with an exacto knife or box cutter.
