No tummy issues. And thank God someone finally took out sweeteners. I HATE artificial sweeteners just to make something 100 calories and I even hate more when powders have stevia because that stuff tears uppppp my stomach. Xanax gums I’ve accepted as a necessary evil but they don’t have those either so not to be tmi but no bloating or gas after this. And 31 grams of protein? Awesome. ALSO; it’s not thick and very refreshing. It’s not very sweet and I can put this with fairlife skim milk and it’s not that annoying thick type of shake that makes you want to throw up. I also didn’t need a shaker bottle, it’s soooo fine that it practically dissolves. This is the FIRST protein powder I’ve actually had more than 3 times. I usually give up because they’re so gross. Please just buy it, it has 26 servings, not that stupid 15-20 servings at the store and Is like the same price. Okay anyway- thanks for coming to my Ted talk

So to start It’s 100% grass-fed, gluten-free, and free of artificial sweeteners, which aligns perfectly with clean eating goals. The transparency of the third-party testing is a huge plus!! Plus you can easily access the lab results online. The chocolate flavor has a mild, natural taste thanks to organic cacao, but it might seem slightly bitter to some, personally I always add it in a shake with frozen fruit and it tastes bomb to me ! While it mixes well in smoothies or milk, it can clump a little in plain water so just a heads up there. At around $1.50–$1.90 per serving, it’s not the cheapest, especially compared to the unflavored version, but the clean ingredients and high protein content make it worth considering for anyone who values quality over cost.

Once I got it home, I found the flavor to be okay—I’m not disputing that. But I realized that the Naked brand Iso protein has more amino acids per serving. When you compare servings, both brands say that two scoops equal one serving. But when you look at each serving, you’re getting significantly more amino acids from the Naked Whey Iso compared to the Promix. What’s even more confusing is that the Promix scoop is almost twice the size of the Naked scoop. That makes me wonder if there are fillers in it, because I don’t understand why the scoop would need to be so much bigger while delivering fewer amino acids. I don’t think I’ll be buying Promix again. Based on what I’m seeing, the Naked brand Iso offers better value and quality of protein. I’m glad I tried it, but after seeing the scoop size and comparing them side-by-side, I won’t be purchasing Promix again.

Overall this is a great protein powder - clean ingredient list, good macros, no stevia, blends well. I like the vanilla flavor, it’s mild and mixes well with fruit. The chocolate flavor is pretty gross in my opinion, I won’t buy that one again. I am taking one star off my review because of the bag - to put it bluntly, it sucks. Impossible to reseal once it’s open and causes a powdery mess. I transfer the powder to a washed-out tub from another brand to avoid dealing with the bag every day. I’ll continue to buy but wish they would improve the packaging!

Just because this whey is "unflavored" does NOT mean it is tasteless! If you have never taken a spoonful of whey from plain yogurt, do yourselves a favor and do so! You will realize that this liquid has a taste to it and personally I do NOT like eating it by itself! HOWEVER the whole purpose of me purchasing this whey for the family was so that we could enjoy some nutritious shakes etc. We purposely do not buy flavored whey as we do not want the list of ingredients that comes with it, preferring to add our own. Chocolate, caramel, strawberry...... the choices are limitless. Mix this grass fed whey with some almond or cashew milk, sweetener and flavor of choice plus some ice and you will NEVER know the whey is in there. Trying to drink it by itself? Quit torturing yourself! I researched for many hours and read many reviews before deciding on this GRASS FED Whey Isolate. I knew I was risking it by ordering 5lbs the first time around but decided to do so anyways. What pushed me towards this one? If purchasing beef we like to purchase grass fed as not only do we prefer the taste but also believe it to be better for our health. Yes, I realize that whey does not come from the meat of a cow! We also believe that grass fed milk is better for your health thus deciding on this whey. We have NOT been disappointed! 5lbs is a LOT of whey. It comes in a large plastic bottle with screw on lid. (Sealed on outside and inside for double protection.) Height of bottle is almost 11 1/2" and the diameter at the base is 7 1/4". The bottle is nearly full when it arrives. This whey appears to be a well made, verified product (you can read all the nutritional information in the listing) and we have used it many times. Highly recommended. This is honestly the best protein powder I’ve ever tried. It doesn’t get crazy thick and mixes really well. I tend to mix this with milk and instant coffee for a protein packed coffee. It dissolves easily and is a very mild vanilla flavor. I love that it’s sweetened with coconut sugar and not fake sugars. Overall a great protein powder. Will definitely buy again.

I find this particular flavor, strawberry, to be cloyingly sweet. It is sweetened with monk fruit. Many other people rave about this flavor. I found it much sweeter than stevia which I also don't like. I found a way to use it up though, that is to put one part strawberry and mix it with three parts vanilla flavor. Then it is nice. It does dissolve easily which is nice.
