Bought these to stay hydrated while backpacking and i think they did a fantastic job. Main draw to them was that theyre one of few brands NOT using stevia in the ingredients. They also taste great, not overly sweet or powerful, i used them in a 32oz water bottle and compared to others the taste was on the lighter side but thats what i like. Dissolves really well too. Each flavor tastes great, not fake tasting or fake smelling. Theyre also perfect to store in your hip belt pockets. Look forward to trying the others flavor packs once i run out of these (lemon lime, strawberry, peach, black cherry)

Big fan of these after playing outdoor sports in summer heat. Easy rehydration without any stomach discomfort like I had with Liquid IV. The taste is really sweet but I just dilute and mix with 12-16 ounces instead of the suggested 8 on package.

Pretty good. Nice flavor and I like that they are low sugar. It does have a texture kind of like warm Jello which is a little off putting.

Great taste! While not as "powerful" as other liquid hydration supplements on the market, it does a good job and it well worth its price.

I'm picky about my drinks when it comes to hydration. My biggest problem is that water is boring. Gatorade is fine but it gets boring after a while, and not all flavors are appealing. Not to mention, half of all hydration drinks out there use artificial sweeteners, which are distracting and annoying to people who don't like the artificial sweetener taste (like myself).I would suggest these little packets for 8oz water bottles. I use 2 for 16-20 oz at a time. It makes a strong drink, and although there is a little bit of aspartate in them, I don't get the artificial sweetener taste at all.They have massive flavor, sodium, and the other re-hydrating additives that you need when sweating. You may not feel good drinking these while watching TV because that's not what they're for. It's for ACTIVE re-hydration, so when you're sweating, this is the helper and my new go-to.

Not bad tasting, but weak taste with a 16oz water bottle (which is my normal size bottle). I believe 2 packs in 16oz would be too much. Since I like water a subtle taste is better than overwhelming it. I wasn't happy with all the flavors so not being able to buy one flavor over so many is not cost effective, their single flavor packs are too large and expensive and you have to buy 2 flavors, so I only gave it 3 stars.

This is a really good product. I can use my fsa and it is sugar free. Love it.
