I didn’t end up using these but they are high quality. Smaller than I thought because I forgot to check. Got them to overnight breastmilk to a friend in need.

Worked very well. We used it to send some medicine to a different state.

We used these to ship food things across the country. Things stayed frozen during their trip as we needed. The items were frozen and we added in ice packs.

Make sure you check sizes before you buy. Other than that this is a great product. Kept food cold.

The box is way too small and adding the interior bag reduced even more space. The box was also too stiff so it didn’t allow for me to fit items that weren’t flexible.

Very small box. Get the next size larger as it costs almost the same to ship.

This was perfect gor shipment of medical supplies that need to stay cool.
