I use this item every day for work it folds up nicely and even fits in my sedan. It’s super easy to unfold not too heavy to maneuver around and has plenty of height. You can’t quite reach a true two-story house roof. However, for a one story house or height of about that distance, it works fantastic.

This is very good value for the money. It is super sturdy, easy to expand and fold. It’s perfect for reaching taller places that you can’t get with a stepstool. My only wish would be if the steps were a little wider to give a little bit more of a base for my foot. But the ladder itself is rock solid, and with the flare design has great stability. I love it!

I'm a Union Fire Sprinkler Fitter, I use ladders for a living. I purchased this for home, and it's surprisingly great quality for the price. I'm 230lbs, and feel comfortable flying up this thing. I wouldn't use it everyday for work, but I think this is perfect for the "around the house" usage. The locking mechanism is on point, very easy to use. You won't be disappointed.
