Great supplement but the packaging is awful. Difficult to open and in the end I had to bin 1/2 a bottle that was left.

Easy to take and not bad tasting

I didn't feel much different by taking this also taste like very sweet. Not a big fan of the taste. Price is good

I’ve been using this product for 3 months and I absolutely love it. My hair was falling out due to my iron being super low but sense using this product, my hair has grown back in. The taste is a bit sweet and not too overpowering. I typically mix 2 teaspoons every morning in a 8 oz. cup of water. There’s a slight metal aftertaste but not enough where it bothers me

Now products are the very best! Liquid Supplements work the best and get into your body so much more quickly and effectively than those in pill form. The absorption rate is much more effective especially if you already have digestive issues or other health issues and if you're taking iron, that's most likely the case. This brought up my iron in less than 3 weeks so I was so very grateful! My MD was impressed as well so while the taste isn't great don't allow that to stop you since you can just mix it into a small glass of juice! I assure you this does not constipate either and I will tell you that almost every other single solitary iron supplement does because I've tried about 20!
