wrong product description
I wish I had paid more attention to reviews as I also received a carafe that was the wrong size for my coffee maker. I bought it based on the product dimensions listed. They are incorrect. Carafe is only about 4 1/2" tall. My mistake. Will be returning it, also at a loss. Despite it being new and looking fine it is useless to me.

Great carafe but did not fit my coffee maker
Great experience with this seller but unfortunately, the carafe did not fit my coffee pot. Their representative really tried to find the carafe that fits my coffee pot but it's so old now that the parts just aren't available anymore.I would definitely consider purchasing items from Phoenix Purchasing in the future as they provide top rate customer service.

Perfect carafe
Everything was fine EXCEPT… the carafe was the wrong size and does not fit my machine. Very unfortunate. Not seller’s fault!

Wrong fit
Was the incorrect fit for my Krups 10 cup carafe, have since found out they have discontinued our model carafe. Had to throw out a perfectly good coffeemaker due to a broken carafe. I will never purchase a Krups product again.

Inadequate description
It was approx. 1/4" too short .I paid $28.00 . After I returned it , I was refunded $17.28 . A loss of almost $11 .
