I thought this would be a combo of regular Aspercreme with lidocaine added, but its only active ingredient is lidocaine. My bad, should have read the ingredients. Going to order the original.

It's OK
It feels good the moment that I apply this cream, but does not sustain relief for my neuropathy. It's easy to apply and not messy like some others that I have tried, it just doesn't work for very long. :( Not that anything really does. I can't say I will never order this again, I just wish it worked better.
