I wouldn't go on holiday without these! There are copycat versions, but these have been the best. I use when blisters have developed and also to prevent them. They stick really well, withstand showers and sweaty feet and protect blisters and exposed skin really comfortably and hygienically. Used on a holiday to New York and my feet didn't ruin my holiday.

They helped stop blisters whilst wearing my boots round Berlin. However, later in the day they started to peel/come off slightly. But they still worked for the majority so I would buy again.

These work really well if you apply one just when a blister on the heel starts to prevent it getting worse. They stay on after a shower too.
