This B vitamin pill is the real deal. I definitely like the potency of it, your urine will turn flashlight bright. I was going through a few health videos, discovered that my symptoms were probably due to lack of B vitamins in my body because you have to eat them every day in the first place...Guilty. So I bought these Bluebonnet B-complex to bring my body up to speed and around two months, I noticed the difference. I don't wake up fatigued, my hair doesn't feel as brittle, I'm dealing with allergies much better, my food doesn't just sit in my stomach, I feel more energetic than usual and my red blood cell distribution are much better according to my lab reports. But I'm also doing better with food selection to get the vitamins I need because I'm OLD-er now and health is much more complex. There are no side effects to these vitamins other than needing to wear shades when you pee. These are good quality.

I actually chose this particular product as it was not made with yeast. I have allergies to yeast so it was great to find this option. I have no nausea or bad taste with this product. I have recommended this to my daughter as well.

Since I don't eat a lot of flesh products my doctor suggested I take a vitamin B. I do.
