First time taking this brand of Vitamin D and I must say I really like it. The vitamins were really small and easy to swallow which is why I gave it a 5stars because I don’t like taking big tablets lol. The only issue I had was how small the bottle was for the price.

The glass bottle was broken at the bottom and the vitamin were outside the glass bottle. There is no option to be replaced. In my opinion it does not deserve 1 star, but I had to select 1 to get my review to submit.

I'm 45 and have used this daily for the last few years based on the recommendation of multiple Naturopath Dr's. After doing research on many supplement companies, DFH has industry leading quality controls, they make their own products, and the potency is always top notch. After taking this for a month my labs came back normal and I feel great. I highly recommend any Designs for Health products and take many of them daily. I know there are some less expensive products available but I'm not willing to compromise my health for a product that may be tainted by a subpar manufacturer.
