This came exactly as specified. The kids love it. It's easy to put together, sturdy, strong, loads of fun to use. Would buy again.

If you're planning on using it around a big tree you may want to use more tree protector. We cut up an old hose, but we have very old elm trees with large girth. We read lots of reviews before choosing a zip line, because it MUST be safe for the kids. We set it up and both [Grandma and Grandpa tried it out to make sure it all worked properly. THe girls, 8 and 10 had a blast all afternoon, and wouldn't come in even though it was getting really cold. [ Mid winter without snow fall]. Sun going down finally brought them in. This is GREAT, and kids get huge amount of exercise whilst having FUN

We purchased this for our kids for Christmas. Got it set up in January, which was pretty easy, and our kids loved it! Everything worked well for 3 weeks, except I’d say the seat is a little small and could have been larger to be more stable but still totally useable. After 3 weeks though a piece broke in the pulley system and the swing could not longer slide down the cable. It was broken and we were past the 30 days from purchase even though we hadn’t used it for more then 30 days. I reached out to the company and did not hear anything back but upon leaving a review here on Amazon they contacted me and sent me a new set at no cost. I’m very happy with the company fixing the problem we had. So even though we encountered a piece breaking I’d still recommend them because they made it right and sometimes stuff breaks. We are very excited to put up the new set so the kids can play with it again. Thank you to the company for replacing what broke and making it easy.

I have 2 trees that stretch across my whole yard which I thought would make a perfect space for a zip line. This zip line came with some string sticking out of the line and also I couldn’t run the line through the tree protector tube like the instructions say because the duct tape at the end was too bulky to go through the tube but no problem. It’s a big strong tree it doesn’t need the tube protection I guess. Anyways the kids love it so id consider it a big success

The zip line appears to be excellent...just hooked it up for the grandkids, and they had fun with it. The only criticism we would make is the lack of instructions pertaining the safety belt, and whatever the black straps with loops is for...we are using it to pull kids back with, but there is no info as to what it is actually meant to be used for. Again, seems sturdy...somewhat easy to install, but does take time and multiple hands...as to the durability, well we just put it up and did a few runs, so time will tell...I had to give it a 5 star rating on the durability because the site wouldn’t put the review on without that part filled in and I didn’t want to low ball it because, like I said, 4 hours up and so far it’s a hit...but time will tell

Easy installation and nice instructions

My kids and their friends really loved this for about nine months. I noticed last week that the spring at the end (so you don’t run into the tree) was compressed and twisted. I easily got that dealt with but I noticed two different spots in that spring area where the line has started to come apart. It didn’t seem too bad or like it would break, so I continued letting them use it some.A couple days later, the kids told me the rope/seat thing was stuck and wouldn’t come back. The spring and that area was fine but an area a little before the spring was very frayed, and the seat thing wouldn’t come back over it.That’s it for the zip line bc there’s no way to fix this. I guess the money spent for that time frame was fine, but my kids are disappointed and I can’t say we are happy about it being ruined already.I will also add that it’s a little fussy to install bc you really need to be sure you’re at a good angle between the two trees you pick and you need to leave enough line to wrap around the trees, so it’s a little shorter than we had expected.
