My Inogen G3 only has 185 hours but is 5+ years old. Inogen suggested I replace the Columns, even though hours are low. My Lungs don't perform well enough at altitudes over 3500 feet. Blue Cross Insurance won't approve an Oxygen Concentrator. So I lucked out and bought mine at an Estate Sale for $25. The Concentrator works perfectly with new Columns and Battery. We are on a trip now with altitudes as high as 6000+ feet. My SPO2 is around 94 - 96 with Concentrator at level 2 and around 4000 to 4700 feet. I had to go level 3 above 5400 feet. I never smoked, am athletic, reasonable weight, yet my SPO2 is below 95 most of the time without the Concentrator, at 200 feet altitude, and at Home. During sleep, 50% of the time, SPO2 is 91 and below. No one knows Why? Thanks Inogen.

Delivered on time. Very well packaged with excellent installation instructions. Installation couldn't have been easier. Push one button insert a small tool provided and it falls loose. Insert the new one, push down til it clicks and your good to go. Simple.

Worked great

The columns were fairly easy to replace in the Inogen. Step by step directions were provided, however while they tell you what to do they do not tell you how to do it. I had a few missteps in the process but the Inogen is working fine now.
