Doesn't link to my Android phone which is aMinor problem. This is a great activity watch. I highly recommend the purchase.

Still working excellently after a year and a half. Battery life is unbelievable- like two weeks on standby (i.e. not actively using apps on it) or about five hours of continuous GPS tracking.

My daughter wanted a smart watch that wasn't married to a platform (Apple or Android) so I opted to get her this. She was not disappointed at all! It works great with her iPhone but she is confident it will work the same with an Android phone as well. The store is limited, but she was pleased with what was available. She seems very happy with it and it was in great shape for being refurbished and a much better price than new.

This smart watch is great for the price point and a great way to get a Garmin. Garmin has strong privacy practices and doesn't sell your personal data so it's worth the extra cost compared to discount models. The watch functions well except for the hydration app, which tends to almost freeze up the watch. I've found if I disable it on the watch and track fluids through the app the problem goes away. It's comfortable, accurate, and almost everything you could want from a basic smartwatch. The preprogrammed workouts are easy to use, the battery life is a respectable 3 days WHEN the pulse Ox feature is always on. Highly recommend for someone who wants a solid smart watch and also cares about data privacy.

Works well. Garmin does a better job of tracking my sleep patterns

The watch itself is decent, but the “renewed” version we purchased will not connect with live track properly, never has, no matter how many updates to the watch software and connect software.We bought it for safety for our young women who run, and it has never worked to assure their safety. We will have to buy a better one now that one is training for a marathon, my own upgraded Venu connects well, as did my 235.

In the product description is says that you can connect to the watch using your computer and use 3rd party software. That is not true. I unsuccessfully tried to connect to the watch using my computer. I contacted Garmin support and was told that connecting from a computer is not possible.
