Probably met the description write up, but zero arch support. Not as easy to return though. Guess I'm spoiled a bit with the convenance of just dropping a return off at UPS. The return part is more consumer based with printing a label , packaging, and using the USPS for a return/refund for this seller.

I ordered size 12 and got a size 11 so I started the return process and ordered again a size 12 and again I got a size 11. I finally got them both returned. My husband loves the shoe and size 12 would be perfect but I’m not going to try again.
