So worth it!
If I could rate this 10 stars I would. This product is my new holy grail. The coverage is great for a tinted sunscreen. But not super heavy like a foundation. It dries down not quite so matte it feels dry, but just perfectly so you have that glow without feeling/looking greasy like most tinted sunscreens. It makes my skin look and feel flawless with good spf protection. This product would work great for both younger and mature skin. I also have very sensitive skin. Almost everything causes me to break out, but I have never had skin issues with this product. This would work with any skin type as well - dry, combination or oily. I know it’s pricey, but it is SO worth it and one bottle will last you at least 2 months depending on how often you apply/reapply. So glad I found this tinted moisturizer, I truly can’t say enough good things about it. I highly recommend their spf color balm (can be used on cheeks, lips, and eyes) as well. Second pic of what it looks like when dispensed, second pic of what it looks like rubbed in. Pictures do not do it justice!

My literal new obsession
Wow ok… so I don’t usually like most marketing when it comes to makeup or skincare because most of the time it’s advertised on perfect skin and they’re getting paid to leave a positive review.I was very interested in this brand for a while…. I just could not commit until I seen one of my esthetician classmates wearing the total protection face shield flex. She looked so beautiful! She told me that she only wore the flex with some blush and that was all. I was in disbelief. So immediately I grabbed my phone and purchased it off Amazon. It arrived the next morning just in time for me to apply before heading to work. When I tell you the total protection face shield flex is AMAZING!!! Like please just buy it you won’t be disappointed!!This has definitely cut my time in half inthe morning doing makeup. Prior to this I was using Dior foundation, while I love it, I hated having to moisturize and apply SPF and then my foundation. Took forever. So, I pushed Miss Dior all the way to the back of my makeup draw and refuse to look back. I am the type of person who will literally do tons of research before buying something and rarely believe in any marketing because as I stated above, it’s always on the “perfect” looking girl with perfect skin. But, I am so glad I ended up trying this. I got the medium shade which leaves a nice tint, I do not need any bronzer anymore. Also, it’s buildable coverage.I may eventually try the fair shade but now that I have a tan I will stick with the medium. It blends into your skin so effortlessly. I do use a foundation brush to apply it only because I wasn’t fond of how it was spreading with my fingers. I feel like the brush blends it better and that’s my preference with any foundation. Now go try it :)

True to match and lightweight full coverage!
I originally ordered the Colorescience Total Protection Face Shield Flex SPF 50 during the summer, thinking I would only use it for the warmer months. However, I have found myself using it year-round ever since! Each bottle lasts me about three months, making it a great value. It provides all-day sun protection without feeling heavy or greasy, unlike the full-coverage makeup I used to wear, which often felt too thick on my skin. The lightweight texture is refreshing, and it gives me such a smooth, even complexion. I get so many compliments on my skin whenever I wear it. I love that it not only protects my skin from the sun but also helps enhance my natural glow. It’s a perfect fit for my daily skincare routine, no matter the season.I highly recommend Colorescience Total Protection Face Shield Flex SPF 50 for anyone looking for reliable sun protection in a light, breathable formula that lasts all day. It’s become a staple in my routine, and I can't imagine going without it now.

Lightweight but greasy
Excellent color match for most skin tones. It blends well and feels lightweight however it needs to be set with powder even though I don’t have oily skin. Otherwise it looks too greasy.

Swapping out my foundation for this
I’m 37 and I’ve been wearing foundation every time I do my makeup since I was 18- I’m a product junkie so I’ve tried tons, but lately I’ve been feeling like none of them have been cutting it. Some would pill after certain skincare products even if I waited awhile, some seem like they’ve started to accentuate uneven texture and fine lines, just not blending right- basically I felt like foundation was making my skin look worse than it actually even was- but I’m also not willing to go without coverage of some kind. I was doubtful any skin tint would match up with foundation in terms of coverage and finish, but wanted to try one and atleast swap out for any daytime use and having an excuse to always wear SPF seemed like a good idea. I researched for one with decent coverage that blended into the skin well, since that was becoming my biggest pet peeve with foundation. Anyways, this review is specifically for those of you like me who can’t imagine ever going bare faced and are hesitant about giving up foundation but feeling like it’s not perfect anymore. This product is awesome- only been using it for a few days but been catching myself in the mirror and can’t believe my eyes, my skin looks so much better than it has been looking with foundation - it’s super lightweight but the coverage is opaque enough to even me out in most spots to the point that it actually looks like I have naturally awesome skin. It blends into the skin very seamlessly (even after a variety of skincare products), doesn’t accentuate fine lines and the finish is not shiny, just glowy (if you want matte just use powder on top). Maybe wouldn’t work on serious blemishes but adding light concealer first seems like it would be enough for those. And it seems to lasts way longer than foundation bc it still looks the same hours later!! Anyways, give it a try I haven’t regretted it
