Q: Is this pillow firm? They hurt my neck

I would not call it firm. It has substance, but a lot of "give." I hate firm and soft has no support. This pillow is just right.

I have no clue where it is made, it does not say on the information. Sorry about that... but I can tell you in my opinion this pillow is not comfortable at all.

No, and the quality was just downgraded. I'm pretty sure it's hyper-allergenic now. ;)

Q: Has anyone washed and dried this pillow? Will it be okay in a typical small top load washer? Instructions say to line dry; how long will that take?

I washed 2 brand new pillows alone in a typical top loading washing machine and dried them in an electric clothes dryer on low heat and they came out perfect. I also used a moderate amount of clorine bleach and fabric softener sheets.
