I've applied dozens of screen protectors (like quite a few reviews here mention) - and I was being as gentle as I could - and only using the supplied paper tool to get bubbles out.I didn't think I applied much pressure - but when I turned the phone back on - the right touch screen was unresponsive and there was a black line down the crease.One thing I don't understand is why the folding screen protector is designed to be applied vertically ... when it would make a lot more sense to apply it horizontally across the crease? I guess it's just a boiler plate approach for all phones.Either way - comprehensive and professional looking package - but - broke my phone. Samsung repaired it (seemingly without charging me - but we'll see once it gets back to me - I had to send it off to Toronto). 3 stars - since some of it is likely on me - and some of it is likely on Samsung.

Kit pas chère mais ne vaux pas chère non plus !!! Premièrement, installation ce fait de manière horizontale au lieu de vertical pour suivre le joint du centre ....WHY ??? Super difficile a installer proprement.Deuxièmement, a basse température, le "fold" décolle et craque et après ca ... tout le reste commence a décoller et s'infiltrer de bulle d'air a partir du joint central !!!!Non recommander pour les pays froids finalement !!!!!

Installation instructions were clear, installed and had numerous bubbles that I weren't sure would go away. Within 3 days or less all of the bubbles disappeared! And it looks great! I'm by no means a pro, only have installed screen protectors on iPhones, a few Samsung slab phones and my iPad pro 12.9". Much better than the Samsung supplied screen protector that was originally on the fold!

EDIT: I'll leave my original review down below, but I am changing from 2 star to 4 star. All the bubble seriously cleared up. It took about 6-7 days for it to go away, but it did. The only reason why its a 4, and not a 5 is because the seam/textured lift at the center where #2/#3 split is still there. Its only visible if you angle light on it, completely invisible when screen is on. Also, I see NO difference at all from having this protector on compared to it off in terms of "visual/screen brightness". Its a good protector, I am glad I gave it a shot!Prior to edit Review: I'll start this review by saying that yes, i've installed screen protectors, on about 10+ devices in the past 15 years. S2+, iPad, tablets, note 4, S8+, Note 20 etc etc. I know how to go abouts it, is what I am trying to say here.First, the pros:1) Decently good instructions. Video is a must to watch.2) High quality product in terms of packaging and what not.3) Membrane itself when on the phone feels nice, and, if no defects, you wouldn't even realize its there!But, Cons, and THIS could change with time, but...1) Bubbles? Yes, there are bubbles, and yes, I see the reviews stating that they go away after a day or two. But, what I see in the screen protector is yes, a few bubbles, but it looks like the center (where the #2/#3 split meets) actually has a textured lift in it. That, I cannot imagine, will repair over a few days. It almost feels like the center of the protector was bent a bit, so that the screen protector is actually damaged...MAAAAAAAAAAAYBE this goes away in a few days? I am not sure, but I will change this review if it does forsure. Both the outside protector and inside protector have similar defects, so we'll see.I will edit this in a few days, whether its a positive outcome or a negative one. We shall see!

You think you have it until you start separating the layers. It's a good thing they send 2, because I had to throw out the first attempt. The second was a challenge to install, but finally got it to where it was acceptable. Most of the bubbles disappeared after a few days, but there are still some.
