This hat is so magnificent! It has two languages you can select: English or French. It’s so much fun to watch the face move. One thing I didn’t like is that it is pretty small on your head. For adults it almost sits on the top of their heads. It also makes loud machine noises as he talks, but it’s not a huge dealbreaker. It’s still so much fun. I would suggest buying it! I can’t wait until my next Harry Potter party!
