Q: This says new. is it a new design? i have the old glade plug ins. the backside of the refill is flat. these look round. i’m wondering if they will fit

Doesn’t NOT fit all Glade plug ins.

Q: If i received a refund or exchange for an item that never arrived and now a month later arrives do i still need to s3nd it back

I had a similar situation. Call or contact Amazon Customer Service. They'll help you sort it out. Chances are you keep the items. I did.

It depends on where the scent indicator is at, if it's low they'll last around 30 days if you set it for high then around 20

I have 2 dogs and a cat with no problems with this product. My animals are regularly seen by my vet and have no health issues. I’ve been using this for approximately 2 years.
