MECCANO, 25-in-1 Motorized Supercar STEM Model Building Kit with 347 Parts, Real Tools and Working Lights, Kids Toys for Ages 10 and Up

Brilliant kit,haven't done Meccano since I was 14. Unfortunately on reaching stage 38 there is a missing part. Have contacted Meccano but not heard back.Would have got 5 stars but for the missing part.Meccano / Spinmaster have been in touch since I wrote the review. Their customer care is brilliant. I no longer had the box,so Couldn't send the code required. They have let me know that the code is on the handle of the tool. They are now looking at sending me the missing part. You can also download the manual from Spinmaster for all 25 versions of this kit.So have changed the review mark to the 5 stars it deserves.Spinmaster have contacted me to inform me that because the kit is an older version they no longer support it so cannot replace the part. Luckily the missing part does not show up so is no big problem.

My son has spent hours building this. He has needed help on some parts as you need more than one set of hands at time to hold it still while you tighten the bolts. My son got all the way to last few steps and was missing a piece. I think this was more down to him building it in multiple rooms. Couldn’t find the missing but and impossible to order replacements so we bought a different kit and just hope it has the piece he needs. I would definitely recommend this. Great advancement from Lego.

Bought this as a present for friends, it was received with great anticipation and appreciation. The mere brand name Meccano speaks volumes to the inquisitive mind. Meccano still adheres to it’s original core values. The toy still boasts versatility, ingenuity and simplicity, Meccano is devoted to stimulate minds of all ages.
