SAVE YOUR MONEY!
I bought this for my husband to take to work from day one this thing has given us trouble I put it to charge I thought things were going great until I noticed it wasn't charging past 34 percent. So I noticed it had two of the same charging ports I plugged my phone charger in and it started SLOWLY charging,we thought everything was fine but NOPE went a little past 45 percent and stopped charging this means the battery in the laptop is probably going bad. Not sure how the seller didn't catch that. Or the seller didn't care and sent it off anyway. I recommend just saving that extra 100 bucks and getting a new one from Walmart.

Came in good shape, no scratches on the screen, and don't say critical error after it installed a update for the computer and runs just fine so far... knock on wood lol

Excellent Seller
4.5 for the Chromebook. Arrived in great shape. Very little wear shown. It came with an adhesive wrap to cover and protect the Chromebook and to prevent tampering. Issue with the Chromebook was the touchpad was not functioning properly. Contacted the seller who provided troubleshooting steps. I tried them and a Powerwash before contacting seller. Also could not retrieve the product serial number to download the HP diagnostics. Seller contacted me to send it back for a refund. 5.0 customer service. Excellent customer service with fast replies and information.

Perfect for first-grader.
I got the refurbished model for my little granddaughter. She is a first-grader and uses it for games, ebooks, and her school's IReady app. Its small size is perfect for her tiny hands (although I actually like this size for myself because it travels so easily). She is very happy with it.

You can't use it for the only thing you probably bought it for: Studying.
This is one of those devices that will not open a book and let you perform basic studying/reading functions on it, while perfectly running YT and other streaming services. I just wanted it to be a glorified adobe reader machine, can't even do that. I am sure it runs spyware and algorithms tracking your every breath perfectly, most likely. But to be a "book", no no no, we will not be doing that anytime soon.Do me a favor if you're a student and just get a Think Pad or a Yoga or something. Because google is only interested in having you pay so that they can collect your information, but not even to perform the basic function for which you buy their devices.

Chrome book review
One of the videos showed that the keyboard could be flipped around and could use as a tablet. This one cannot and it's not a touch screen. Amazon billed it incorrectly. I will deal with it Thursday.

Kids know how to navigate and it’s perfect for them!
Very nicely packaged. Very clean and looks excellent! Built for kids in mind. Battery last a good amount after fully charged.
