The best flavour! I love these. I use whilst on the skimming jabs. I have one for breakfast and dinner and keep me going all day with a snack in between.

Liked these. Put coffee in them to make iced coffee, tasted lovely. Great help in summer to lose weight. Filling and tasty.

I haven't noticed a massive difference but only been on these for a week, had previously tried the tubs in the last and their awful. The ready made shakes are so much nicer, my favorite is cookies and cream and I also buy banana. The strawberry ones tasted strange but maybe would taste better chilled in the fridge?. Very happy with these I'm able to manage my portions, I have these for breakfast and lunch and have my main meal, their a little expensive but I guess no more expensive than if I was buying my meals for breakfast and lunch. Also convenient for on the go!

Definitely works if you stick to it i replace 2 meals a day with these and im steadily losing weight around 2lb a week which im happy with
