Donner Mini Guitar Amp Small Electric Amplifier 5W Portable, Practice Guitar Combo Amp DA-10

I bought this because my son was interested in the bass guitar I had lying around, and I'd lent the amp (permanently, apparently) to a friend. I came across this and thought it may work well for what we wanted. I'm happy to say it's perfect for what I intended. It's loud enough that my son can easily hear what he's doing without it being so overpowering as a full sized floor amp would be. Don't expect to be vibrating any walls with this thing, but it will let you practice and easily hear what you're doing if you aren't trying to play over anyone else's equipment. It's also extremely small and portable and rechargeable - we've played with it for a good hour now and have yet to plug it in to charge up again. If you're looking for an amp just to noodle around with a guitar or bass and aren't going to be competing with other sound sources, this one fits the bill and sounds good doing it. If you want something that will crank out enough sound to blend in with other instruments and/or vocals this won't do the trick, but it's not intended to.

Great little amp, especially for the cost.

Generally this little amplifier does what I expected. Sound not great but for something that fits inconspicuously in a backpack I don't think it's reasonable to expect more. My only complaint is that with continuous playing I only get about 75 minutes of battery life. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but 4 hours is unrealistic based on my experience. 5/24/update. Customer service was eager to help and offered a refund. They suggested using a different charging cable and charging for over 3 hours. I charged it over night with a new USB cable and was able to extend the battery to 135 minutes playing time, which is good enough for my purposes.

I wasn't expecting too much for this little banger honestly, so when i did plug my guitar in to this tiny amp i truly was shocked by the tone and also the volume. I have bought a bunch of small mini amps and i figured i would give it a try since Amazon would let me return it if it wasn't up to par. Well it not only is up to par, it leaves par way down below somewhere! I really haven't had time to check out any of this little Champ's features but even if none worked i would still be ok due to the sound alone. It is just what it says it is . It is a handy little amp you can take anywhere and it will sound great and it's so small it would fit into your car's glovebox if needed. I recommend to anyone wanting portability without sacrificing good tone and volume, like say the beach, vacation etc. It works on battery and easy charging is good also. Thanks Donner, you really knocked it out of the park this time!

distortion is terrible even with gain off. pretty much useless for anything, I pruchased for a practice amp and it not even good for that. Update, I've upped the stars due to Donner's customer service. they reached out and offered a full refund, because they reached out like that, I'm adding a star, so maybe I just got a miss wired product.

This thing rocks! It is loud enough to hear across a room, definitely not going to play for a crowd with this but totally great sound for this price. If you want a tiny portable practice amp this is for you! Runs great with my pedalboard too, sounds fantastic all round!

I actually liked this a lot! It’s a very simple amp that has the basic features of adjusting the treble, middle, base (I have no idea how they work I just messed around with it) but also gain and of course a master volume! It’s really easy to use, just plug the cord into the amp and guitar, turn it on, and play! For power you don’t need a constant plug! just charge it up with the… micro usb. Ok, that knocked it down to 4 stars. My day is ruined. (I’m exaggerating of course) in all seriousness I was pleasantly surprised that the micro usb cord and port is not delicate and it charges fairly quickly (experience may vary) There’s also a CRUNCH button, basically distorts the guitar and it’s AWESOME I have no idea how to properly use it, but every time I play a random cord on a guitar it sounds like I’m a rockstar for a second! I should also add that this works with E-Drums or really any electrical instrument with a jack. For 40-50 bucks I’d say this is a decent deal if you want a simple amp for your instrument!

C’è poco da dire, l’amplificatore fa il suo dovere e ha una buona durata della batteria, ha una buona potenza audio e una qualità davvero niente male. Consigliatissimo se si hanno poche pretese (insomma non lo userete sicuramente per suonare ad una festa con confusione e parecchi rumori) ma se si vuole suonare uno strumento elettrico in viaggio, a casa o magari davanti un falò o in tenda è il top, l’amplificatore è poco più grande di una mano. Insomma questo è il mio secondo prodotto Donner e da ora sono sicuro che qualsiasi cosa abbia questo marchio ti permette di risparmiare e avere un prodotto di qualità.

Increíble, suena muy buen, tiene gran volumen, el overdrive Muy bueno, me permite sonar un poco a Black Sabbath, si suena a rock o metal.

Hab nach einem handlichen und preiswerten amp fürs jammen auf der couch gesucht ohne anspruch an sound oder features und bin zufällig auf dieses teil gestoßen. Beim ersten test war ich positiv überrascht. Der sound kann sich für die größe sehen bzw hören lassen und aufgedreht ist er auch verhältnismäßig laut. Also für semi pro gigs im wohnzimmer oder am lagerfeuer geeignet 😉 preis leistung top würde ich sagen.

Small but mighty! My daughter put this on her Christmas list and when it arrived I was surprised how small it was but the quality is great and the sound is perfect.
