Price was great!
Price was great compared to ordering from HP. I had someone put it in who was familiar with computers since I am basically illiterate when it comes to them. It did not take but about 30 minutes for her to take it apart, install the battery, and put it back together. It did not take long for it to charge and my computer is working much better.

Great Replacement Battery
This was the first time I needed to replace my laptop battery, so I did my research and found this listing. It had the best price so I ordered it. It came in quickly, and they even provided two tiny screwdrivers to assist with removing the bottom of my laptop. It was difficult to remove the bottom since it was so secure, but I eventually got it off (a few tiny plastic prongs broke which couldn't be avoided, but the bottom went on securely afterward). It was incredibly easy to remove the old battery and put in this one, and my laptop works perfectly now. Very pleased with this purchase!

Working well so far

Hp battery replacement
This new replacement battery is no better than my original hp battery that will not hold it's charge. This battery on a full charge will hold even 30 percent its totally dead in 24hours, it was my fault I totally forgot to return it by the due date..

Great customer service
About 10 months after using the battery, it stopped charging. I wrote to the company and they immediately replaced it, no questions asked. New battery is working fine. Would order from them again....but hopefully not too soon :-)
