Excellent ghee

Best Ghee on the market
This is the only ghee I have found that tastes and smells like great butter. I love it.

Good for cooking
Great for cooking, withstands higher heat. Much safer than unhealthy seed oils. Costs way too high for deep frying.

Plastic jar
It used to be in a glass jar and they switched to plastic :( aside from that the ghee is great quality.

Changes matter to some
I did not realize they switched to a plastic container. At first, I thought well okay, I'll just buy something else next time that comes in a glass jar. I opened the container and was so disappointed. I store the item in a dark pantry. It was lumpy and discolored. I threw it out. I really have enjoyed this product over the years I've been using it, but now I'm done. I'm not big on bad reviews because it is probably a fluke but someone should know. I would rather have paid an extra dollar or two for the glass understanding what is going on with our economy.
