Looks great and works well. I did develop a small leak from the metal casting. Reached out to them and they sent me a new part without any hassle.

We built an outdoor shower at our cabin and we installed this shower fixture and it works so well! The rain shower is perfect and the hand held is so handy, especially to clean the shower. We couldn’t be happier with this product.

Great shower fixture & reliable company. We had it installed by our plumber. I emailed gotonovo requesting a manual for him and they emailed me a PDF right away. When installing, he noticed some of the pieces were missing, so I emailed them and they IMMEDIATELY sent me replacement parts (for free while I covered the shipping). They followed up, provided me with the tracking # when it shipped, and also notified me when it arrived. A+ service in my opinion. (We actually DID receive the pieces the first time; just misplaced them and found them later. Oops!) The shower head itself is fantastic. The pressure is great, it's well-made and easy to use, and just looks very sleek and clean.
