If I could give it a 0 I would
I ordered what I though were #10 business envelopes in a variety of colors. The label on the package I received even says 36 pack #10 Business Envelopes. What I received are TINY envelopes--smaller than the size of a 3 x 5 card. These envelopes do not measure 4 1/8 x 9 1/2 inches !! I don't know if this is Fraud or total incompetence but DON'T buy this product!!
