These are the best for Foot injuries, scrapes, or even hand or arm scrapes that you need to keep dry and clean. The hydrocolloid material helps with healing and minimizes scarring. They also stay on and in place better than anything else I've tried.

I bring these on every trip we have that includes heavy walking as i tend to blister very easily. Sometimes they get stuck on a sock and roll but for the most part they stay put and protect my feet well.
