The TriHOLD wallet is approximately 0.5 inches thick.

I cannot easily open my new wallet. I almost have to pry the clip open. There must be a trick. Help?

I haven’t had this problem. I usually just grab the wallet near the clip and pull at a slight Angle. My problem has been not getting it to close because of overloading it lol.

Room for RFiD sleeves?

It has pockets for cards and a long opening for bills. I keep 2 catds in each pocket. Any more than that would seem to be an overload. If your RFiD sleves are the size of a credit card they would fit, but you'd potentially lose card space(s).

What purpose does the metal clip serve?

The metal clasp ensures that the wallet remains closed and as compact as possible. triHOLD is all about fitting the most convenience into the smallest package, and the clasp is the backbone behind this. It is fixed and rigid stainless steel, and by designed it shouldn't open when you don't want it to (in your pocket, for example). To operate the clasp, simply squeeze the wallet to move the two metal pieces apart. All other times, the wallet will stay closed.
