Maybe “fan” is not the right word here. Tom understands what Ziglar means and the values that the name Ziglar brings to all of us who felt that Zig Ziglar was our teacher and mentor. I have been trusting the Ziglar brand for over 30 years now. So, how does this latest from Tom Ziglar stand up? The bar is always set high and I was pleasantly reminded why Tom Ziglar is making his mark in this even crazier world than when his father was at the helm. Because Zig taught principles that are timeless, he helped his son Tom do the same here. These leadership virtues can be applied to so many facets of our business lives as well as our personal character. Most of us were not surprised at the 10 leadership virtues Tom shares, but he digs in on each and helps me think about the virtue and then ask myself to do a self-examination and figure out what I need to do to apply these virtues in new and fresh relevant ways to my life so that I can impact the lives of others. Thank you Tom for this read. I am already going through it a second time to see what new nuggets I catch in this read. That is the mark of a great teacher/mentor, you can reread the material and continue to learn new things each time! I recommend this to all people who believe CHARACTER COUNTS! Tom presents these VIRTUES with deep insight into the importance of these qualities to the company, teams, shareholders, customers, and by ultimately anyone who interacts with these timeless leadership characteristics !!!

While this book is ideal for leaders, I would recommend it for anyone. The ideas and principles Tom presents are pure gold. Very inspiring and extremely practical. I’m going to be applying this stuff to my life right away!
