Good value general fertilizer
I have a large allotment and need a lot of fertilizer during the main UK growing season. This is a good general purpose product that works well as a top dressing. Gave me good crops of vegetables this year. No smell to speak of, clean and easy to use but produces quite a lot of dust when handling, so avoid inhaling this

Great value
I like to use chicken manure pellets on my garden every year, they are easy and quick and clean to use. I normally follow up with a mulch of cheap compost. These Powergrow pellets are very good value at £15.49 for 15 kilos, especially when compared to the big DIY stores where you can pay £10 - £15 for an 8 kilo tub. The pellets are a good size and there was very little dust at the bottom of the bag. They do smell (you will realise that when you first open the bag!) but the smell is not strong and does not last too long. You could hoe the pellets into the topsoil if you want to reduce the smell, but I don't bother. I will buy these again next spring.
