Work great
At first I was leary of these because of the low price point, but decided it was worth it to check them out.I have been nothing but pleased with these.I use them to improve my grip strength and to help avoid and recover from tendonitis. I started with squeeze balls and graduated to these. They are easily adjustable and function well. I just with they were in lbs :-).These are a great place to start improving grip strength for a good long while. It should take many months to grow out of these and into something with more resistance - and most people aren't really going to be interested in getting much stronger than that unless you're pretty hard-core into resistance training.

Good quality, adjustable tension.
Arrived in perfect condition and packaged well. I purchased this item to build strength in my hands. There is an adjustable tension for a person's preference. I have used it 3 times a day beginning with 10 reps and now at 20 reps. My hands are now stronger and I intend to keep this up. I'm not a spring chicken and intend to keep and/or build strength for as long as I am able.

Just the right size
I have hand arthritis and need to exercise my hands. These work very well.My only issue has been adjusting the grip strength. It is not easy to alter the settings.

Helps with hand pain
These are great. I love that I can start at a low setting, since I have the soft grip of a captive prince. I’ve been using them while watching TV, and I swear the hand exercise might be working.

More weight
The product is quality built. However I use it maxed out on tension which is 132lbs so I wish it could go higher.
