Should i use rosewater as a toner before applying it

Pure rose water is simply distilled rose petals and can be used as a toner. However, We don't encourage using rose water before CureSkin Moisturising Face Cream or during the regimen due to skin sensitivity, unnecessary ingredients or hidden toxins in certain products. Also, the CureSkin Moisturizing Face Cream has hydrating ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid that work better than rosewater.

Shoul i use it in damp skin or dry skin

Moisturisers are most effective with maximum product absorption when used on freshly washed skin. The skin should not be dripping wet but towel dried.

It was bad experience I got rashes all over face and I had to check with dermatologist later on I stopped using this...and I want to return or refund My money got wasted and and more importantly my skin got affected and still recovering... It was really really harmful product by Amazon I won't recommend to anyone..
