Leaking handle
The media could not be loaded. Bought this a while ago but managed to install it recently. It started to leak as soon as I installed it. No rubber washer is missing.The leak is from the handles nozzle and seems like the internal parts are faulty.Not a reliable product.Spend your money on a better product!!

Life saver!
I use this spray everyday. This has been a life saver for us as we are used to using bidet sprays in India. The water pressure is great and tap works perfectly. Got a plumber to install it.

The isolation valve at a hole / crack in it the water squirts out of.
Why did you choose this product over others?:I paid £65 for a plumber to come and fit this and there's a hole in the isolation valve that water squirts out of, not in any connection, through the metal itself.I'm really angry about it.
