I just used for the very first time an it was excellent!! I’m trying to cut out my crazy caffeine intake with all of the other pre work out I’ve taken. I also wanted a preworkout that would allow me to workout late at night and not prevent me from struggling to get sleep. Now I’ve only had the chance to try this a couple times and I will come back after a couple weeks of use to update. But this has been amazing! Still gives you good focus and energy at the gym without caffeine! It does have beta alnine in it which gives you that tingly itchy feeling, so if you don’t like that it might not be fore you, however I love it. Highly recommended

The taste is horrible and when I opened that container everything was clumped together. I reached out to the supplier and there was no exchange option. I've been using this brand for years and this is the firs time that I ordered this flavor. Waste of my and huge regret. Not sure if it was the flavor or the condition of the powder but it gave me the runs for a week.

Very good product and the peach flavor is a perk ! It does give you a burst of strength if taken correctly!

I won’t say the pre is horrible but it isn’t what it’s made out to be. It tastes pretty good, but I never felt any greater pump with this than I normally do. Was easy on the stomach. Very mild and not much of an energy increase. Doesn’t clump.
