These have helped my ankle strain especially with the cold weather provides support. I went with the medium. I am a size 8 1/2 shoe with what I would say average size ankles if they is a thing. Perfect amount of compression and comfortable to bowl in. My ankle feels so much better already.

These were great for me and my swelling feet while I traveled. I walk a lot on trips and my feet always swell between that and my flights. I ended up putting these on to sleep and then once during the day while I walked around. They were great. They didn’t make me overheat like normal compression socks, but they did their job. My feet hurt less and my swelling went down. I only put four stars because I wish they were a teeny tiny bit tighter.

These compression socks were exactly what I needed. I have a desk job that causes my feet and ankles to swell, and these worked perfectly from the very first wear. They’re comfortable, supportive, and not too tight, but still give enough compression to keep swelling down throughout the entire day. My legs felt lighter and less fatigued, and I noticed a huge difference by the end of my shift. If you sit for long hours or deal with swelling, these are absolutely worth it!

I usually wear 7.5 - 8 shoes. These fit just right. Not too tight. Not bulky, can be worn with regular footwear comfortably.

Great pain relief. I e been struggling with severe plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis for the past couple of months. We had a planned trip to Disney and I bought these to see if the would help reduce my pain. I felt immediate relief. With these are better more supportive shoes I was able to enjoy our trip. They fit well inside my shoes and are easy to put on and take off. I recently bought another more expensive type of sleeve with adjustable straps based on all the ads I kept receiving but I don’t think I’ll like them as well. They’re more bulky so they don’t fit in my shoes well and every time I walk I hear the Velcro straps brushing against my pants leg. Plus they were a lot more expensive.

These are very tight on me. I have Alot of swelling. Once I get them on they seem to cut into my leg above the sock. I must need a larger size.
