Great for cooking and baking. I also use it to make cinnamon sugar. You can spend more on cinnamon if you're determined, but for most purposes there is no need. Buy with confidence!

My favorite brand of cinnamon
An old favorite. Very nice grind and cinnamon taste. The fine powder texture dispenses easily. Bottle is sealed well and top functions well.

Major brand. Costs about the same as those tiny bottles at the grocery store. I transfer to a small shaker bottle and freeze the original. Amazon has several different spices, etc. in these large sizes.
