I am 5', 109lbs T1D with a Medtronic pump. This fits me great! The Velcro is super strong. Sometimes it's even hard to get off! But it stays secure even when hiking all over the cliffs. Fitting the Medtronic 780G pump is tight but it fits. Just make sure to slide it all the way in with bottom in first.

Ripped pretty quickly. Getting tubing through belt was difficult. It was for my daughter it was a bit to big slid off of her a lot. It lasted about 8 months before we replaced it with a different type. My daughter likes the new one much more.

We were searching for something to hold her diabetic pump and so far this has been her favorite. It's soft and I have a hard time taking it from her to wash. Will be ordering more and would highly recommend it for this purpose.

I purchased this for my 5 year old grandson and he's a very active little boy! It fits him well and is easy to take his pump in and out. He likes it.
