Great Product. Gel does not become rock hard in freezer. Outer material is soft. Remains cold for required time

This product is good. Gel keeps soft on getting cold. Good for ankles, wrist and as eye patches. Sad aspect is that packing was not up to mark. One of the gel pack out of 3 was damaged

I use cold packs regularly. Ordered and tried many products from Amazon and retailers. So far this is the best cold pack ordered. Retains cold temperature for a long time. Soft outer material. Must have in every home for any inflammation.

it definitely gets the job done.
its a good product. the size is good and covers good space. it stays cold for about an hour depending on the use. all in all a solid 4/5.
