It is good product, but packaging is not good. Glass packaging need to more attention before sending to customer

Terrible quality, cheap knock off
The quality of the item is terrible. There is just air between the inner and outer portions of the tea glass. Glass material is extremely thin. Seems like a cheap knock off. The tea glass broke just after 1 use. Also the packaging has no labels or company name etc, just plain white boxes.Please be careful when choosing the brand and seller
