Inspired by a documentary on a rabbit farm where the animals were fed grass pellets, I began looking for an easier way to consume more leafy greens. In addition to those readily available tablets, I also fill my own capsules with vegetable powders and flaxseed meal. Every day, I take wheatgrass, alfalfa, and spirulina tablets, along with psyllium husk, celery, and flaxseed meal capsules. They are very easy to swallow, and I wouldn’t be able to get this many vegetables into my diet any other way.

I usually order powder form but accidentally ordered pellets this time. I usually mix the powder with a daily bowl of soup but these pellets just do not dissolve. I use a coffee bean grinder on them and then add that to my soup.
