Love this chair . Easy to use . Prefect for the salon .

This chair was super easy to assemble and fits my space perfectly for my tiny salon! My clients love how comfortable it is. I did order a foot rest that I just tuck under the chair incase someone wants to put their feet up. The auto recline makes it easier for me, since the client just leans back on their own and I don't have to guess how far back to recline it unlike a traditional shampoo chair or manual one. Highly recommend!

Great quality ! Just a tip bc the instructions are not so great .. when screwing each screw hold the bolt in place on the inner part with the bolt holder while screwing the nail in . I didn’t figure that out until I got towards then end but it’s definitely a faster solution !

My chair arrived earlier than expected. It was easy to assemble, except the bolts were too long. My husband cut the ends of the bolts so they would fit properly. I have used this type of shampoo chair several times throughout my 48 years as a cosmetologist. I don't recall any of the others made like this one. The seat glides on a plastic piece on the front support cross bar. If you pick up the chair to move it, the seat falls through because it lifts completely off of the support bar. I have to be careful to make sure the seat is supported properly or someone could fall in. For the price, the chair is O.K. I only needed it to use for my family after I retired and closed my salon, so it works for me. If I was going to use it a lot, I would probably invest in a more expensive chair of better quality.

Assembly wasn’t impossible but required a little more patience and assistance than I expected. The sturdiness is excellent. It reclines with ease. I did receive it with small damage, a small slit in the upholstery. Because i was on a time restraint I almost kept it and dealt with it but decided to return it and order another one. Shipping wasn’t as fast as I would have liked and the refund took longer than I expected but it did get resolved.

Box was fine but arrived with bent frame, and miss-drilled holes, as well as the seat bolts off-center. When assembled, the chair wobbles and is unstable. One foot is an inch off the ground. Others have had the same problem. So save you self the headache of the return on this China made defective junk. There are others that are way better.

It took me roughly 10 minutes to put it together. The instructions are straight forward and the chair is well made. I highly recommend!
