These are cute. I sized up so my youngest(4 month) could fit them all winter. I do still think they run bigger though, when I opened the package I had to check the size because I thought I accidently ordered for my 18m old they looked so big. I'd say the 9 month looks closer to 12 month maybe even 18 month. They fit her big all over but I don't mind because she doesn't crawl yet and they'll be comfy just rolled for now. I didnt bother pulling in the waist, it's not like they'll fall down with her laying there. They are very stretchy so I think the fit is flexible depending on your kid. I imagine when the length is outgrown they could still stretch enough To be worn as Capri. I'd say just get whatever size you feel is right for your child, a little big or small should still work depending on how you want them to fit. I really like them though, I plan to order more later for both of my girls.

This exact pair of Levi’s pull on jeans is at winners for 19 bucks. I found the pull on jeans much nicer at Joe fresh for 19 bucks, they have a much nicer all around elastic waist and better quality than the Levi’s. Returned these Levi’s and bought 3 pairs of nicer Joe fresh jeggings for same price.
