I bought this months ago but just got around to using it today.I am impressed. My pizza was cooked at 500 degrees (I won’t do that again - I’ll explain below) for around ten minutes and it came out nearly perfect. The crust was SO close in texture and color to a pie from your favorite pizza shop - even had the black dusty singe on the bottom!This pan truly is non stick: be careful taking the pan/pizza out of the oven! Don’t rush or jerk the pan off the oven rack or the pizza will start sliding right off!As other reviewers wisely pointed out do NOT cut the pizza while it’s on the pan: you will damage the non stick coating. Instead, slide the pizza easily off the pan onto a pizza peel or good sized cutting board and cut it there.Now for a word about heat. While the manufacturer doesn’t list the maximum heat this pan can withstand, I would not recommend cooking above 450 degrees Fahrenheit as I suspect the non stick coating will start breaking down in short order. I was able to find a similar non stick pizza pan on Amazon that did indeed mention the maximum cooking temp and the manufacturer says to not exceed 450 degrees. No biggie. Just cook your pie at 450 and experiment with cooking time. This pan is very efficient and distributes heat evenly: you may not need as much time as you think.Overall I’m extremely pleased with this pan and it’s a great value. I was totally how shocked how good my first attempt came out on this pan. I’ve used other bare bones basic pans in the past and could never get the crust to come out as crispy as I did with this pan. Highly recommended. Just don’t cook your pizza above 450 degrees!

I really like this pan it. Makes a great pizzas and pot pies

Got this pan for making frozen pizzas. It’s nice and big, enough so you can even fit an extra large size on there. And with large size, there’s plenty of extra pan to grab with a hot pad or oven mitt. The holes make it so the crust gets cooked without getting hard crunchy. We keep it in the drawer below the oven with the rest of our pans.It does take up the entire oven rack from front to back, so if you have a small oven you might need a smaller pan.

This pan is heavier than many and the non-stick coating is a great addition. This works well at baking and/or reheating pizza. The crust comes out perfect and I am very pleased with the quality and usefulness of the pan.

This is my 1st review. Was considering buying a pizza stone, but found them somewhat costly, and still with some issues. So I purchased this pizza pan after much investigation. This purchase was one of the best ever. Got the larger size. Low price. Fits my oven easily. My homemade pizzas come out evenly cooked with a nice crispy crust. Pizza slides right off with no sticking whatsoever. I slide the pizza onto another older pizza pan, so that I don’t damage the non stick coating and surface of the new pan when cutting into slices.. Clean up is easy with a soft cloth and dish soap. Should last a long time if you don’t use abrasives or dishwasher to clean. Enjoy!

Performs exactly as described. Nonstick coating works well, easy cleanup. The way it’s built prevents this pan from being flimsy. Our pizza crust came out crispy on the bottom just the way we like it. You can’t go wrong with selecting this.
